Your structurally sound, extensive & detailed Final Plan Set will allow for all bidding, permits & construction; because gray areas cost time & money!  You can also add our 3D Interior Design Package to allow visualization of your Floor Plans in 3D throughout the entire design process, and to "see" the plans prior to committing to Finals!

 A shorter plan set (by MSM Design standards) used when there is urgency to get bids back prior to your commitment to Final Plans. A Bid Set contains all the necessary information for your builder to collect subcontractor bids, but is not to be used for construction.

We provide 3D Exterior Renders with unlimited viewing angles and eye levels that allow you to 'see' your home at any time; from the initial schematic floor plan to the final plan set.  Our 3D modeling services come standard with every plan, regardless of size or job type, so we make color combo & material selections a breeze!!

3D images modeled from viewing points of your choosing will show exactly what your future spaces will look like prior to making difficult plan and room layout decisions. Whether it's a basic 3D jitter-edge view, or a detailed & lighted render, interior perspectives will provide you with size & scope foresight on any project.

Trouble envisioning a flat 2D drawing?  You are not alone.  3D Overhead Views will literally jump off the page and bring your flat 2D CAD drawings to life! And our 3D Overhead Animations will fly you above, around & through your entire new home design!

Complete Home Transformation Plans for Bidding, Permits, and Building.  A typical HT Plan Set will include Existing Plans, Demolition Plans, and the Final Detailed Construction Plan Set, with 3D included at every turn to help you 'see' all of your new layouts. 

While creative, detailed & structurally sound home design is definitely our calling card, we gladly provide a wide variety of 'other' types of 3D design. From a trade show booth to a large commercial project in your city, there is always room for the power of 3D!!  

After 'cleaning up' your Floor Plans and creating a nice 3D Render of your project, we provide you with the individual files for your marketing team to assemble into a handout, or we create the entire Marketing Brochure ourselves.  It is up to you!!
