 A shorter plan set (by MSM Design standards) used when there is urgency to get bids back prior to your commitment to Final Plans. A Bid Set contains all the necessary information for your builder to collect subcontractor bids, but is not to be used for construction.

Straight-line 2D parallel projection drawings on a flat surface will always be great for technical applications, but they cannot provide accurate views of an object!!  Our Conceptual 3D Perspectives allow you to see your home as it will realistically appear with dimensional depth, true eye-levels, and an accurate field-of-view.
