 A shorter plan set (by MSM Design standards) used when there is urgency to get bids back prior to your commitment to Final Plans. A Bid Set contains all the necessary information for your builder to collect subcontractor bids, but is not to be used for construction.

Complete Home Transformation Plans for Bidding, Permits, and Building.  A typical HT (Remodel/Addition) Plan Set will include As-Builts, Demolition Plans, and a Detailed Construction Plan Set with 3D included at every turn so you can 'see' how all your new dream spaces integrate with existing.

We provide 3D Exterior Renderings that provide a photo-realistic version of your home's exterior set into real landscape & backgrounds. Exterior Renders come standard with every plan, regardless of size or job type, making color combo & material selections a breeze!!

Stepping up to a realistic version of any of your unlimited 3D Interior Perspective viewpoints will show you exactly what your future spaces will look like prior to making difficult planning & color/material decisions. Interior Renders also provide size & scope foresight to any project.

Trouble envisioning a flat 2D drawing?  You are not alone.  3D Overhead Views will literally jump off the page and bring your flat 2D CAD drawings to life! And our 3D Overhead Animations will fly you above, around & through your entire new home design!

While creative, detailed & structurally sound home design is definitely our sweet spot, we gladly provide a wide variety of 'other' types of 3D Rendering. From large commercial projects to visualizing & planning a trade show booth, there's always room for the unlimited power of 3D!!  

Our commitment to maximizing 3D Design for the benefit of the client starts by geo-locating every 3D Model directly to the actual project site. This allows contouring the grade to your structure in 3D, time lapse shadow studies that use actual sun patterns, and so much more!!!

While fully rendered exteriors come standard with every plan set, there are times a quick schematic view can be beneficial for ironing out visual roadblocks during the design process. These are typically sent as stand-alone image files, but can easily be added to the Schematic Plan Set as well.
